Doug Brown
Chief Executive Officer
Former Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Ionics, Inc. (NYSE), the largest Build-Own-Operate desalination company in the world prior to its acquisition by GE in 2005 for $1.3 billion. Prior to heading Ionics, Mr. Brown was the CEO and President of Advent International Corporation, one of the world's largest private equity firms with 14 offices in 13 countries.
Curtis John Curtis, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
Former Chief Operating Officer of Ionics, Inc. Mr. Curtis spent over 30 years at one of the top four accounting firms, Ernst & Young LLP. Mr. Curtis is also an advisor and operating partner at Advent International Corporation.
Mario Mondo
Chief Operating Officer
Former Caribbean General Manager with Ionics, Inc. Mr. Mondo has over 20 years of operating experience in the Caribbean. Prior to joining Seven Seas, Mr. Mondo managed over 50 desalination and wastewater treatment plants on 35 islands throughout the region.
Hernon Brian Hernon
Vice President, Engineering
Former Vice President of Engineering for Ionics, Inc. Mr. Hernon has over 25 years of experience in designing seawater desalination systems. When he was at Ionics he was also responsible for engineering and operation for over 100 ultrapure water and seawater build own operate facilities across North America.
Allan Pott
Vice President, Central Engineering
Mr. Pott was with Ionics for over 30 years before joining Seven Seas Water. During that time, he commissioned and operated the largest seawater RO in the Western hemisphere (the 32 million gallons per day Point Lisas plant located in Trinidad) and commissioned, designed, constructed, and operated water & wastewater treatment plants in many parts of the world.
Bryan Brister, Ph.D.
Vice President, Operations
Former Caribbean Program Manager for GE Water & Process Technologies, where Dr. Brister managed 15 water plants across 10 Caribbean islands.
Trent Weber
Vice President, Field Services
Former Caribbean Program Manager with Ionics. Mr. Weber brings over 15 years of field service & operating experience in desalination & ultra-pure water applications.
Miles Beamguard, Ph.D.
Senior Design Engineer
Dr. Beamguard's expertise in microfiltration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration and reverse osmosis technologies allows him to move seamlessly from one proprietary system to the next, as well as integrate low and high pressure membrane processes. Prior to joining Seven Seas, Dr. Beamguard was Executive Vice President WHB Environmental, LLC, a water treatment process consulting firm.
William Sheahan
Senior Project Manager
Former Project Manager with Ionics. Mr. Sheahan brings over 10 years of project management experience and was the project manager for construction of the largest seawater RO in the Western hemisphere, the 32MGD Point Lisas plant located in Trinidad.
Robert Bergstrom
Senior VP, Business Development
Co-founder of Seven Seas Water Corporation. Under his decade of leadership, the company expanded within the US Virgin Islands, to the Turks & Caicos Islands and to Puerto Rico.
Frederick Hung, CFA, CPA
Vice President, Business Development
Co-founder of Seven Seas Water Corporation; as President of Seven Seas Water USVI he directed all aspects of Seven Seas' USVI operations.
